Weather Update for Sunday, May 5, 2024

As of 8:45pm on Saturday, May 4th all games for Sunday May 5 are proceeding as scheduled. If there are changes to a team's schedule the team contacts, as listed in the team GotSport account, will be notified via email. Additionally this front page of the Challenger Invitational website will be used for mass announcements. Please make sure to check your team email and the website continuously for alerts.

All teams should be prepared for schedule movements or shortened games as we continually evaluate the weather and field conditions overnight and throughout the morning. Obviously this is a fluid situation and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

IF your team is playing a match at Classics Soccer Park it is imperative that you CARPOOL to the venue. Due to rainfall on Saturday we have already closed a fair portion of the grass parking areas. Parking space will be extremely limited. Once the park is full, we will be forced to shut the gate. We request that teams all pitch in and collectively work to ensure we can move forward with games at this venue. There is space to meet, and carpool, only 1 mile away at Roots Market.

Teams are prohibited from warming up on any grass match field. All team warm-ups should be done outside of match field lines for grass. Please respect the fields and the space by adhering to this request.
